CHICAGO (May 1, 2017) –Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Co., Ltd., (Goldwind) (SZSE: 002202) (HK: 2208), today announced its wholly-owned subsidiary has received tax equity financing commitments from MidAmerican Wind Tax Equity Holdings (a Berkshire Hathaway Energy subsidiary) and Citi, for its 160-megawatt (MW) Rattlesnake Wind Project located in McCulloch County, Texas.

Once operational, the project will be Goldwind’s largest U.S. wind project to date.
